Being active is part of my lifestyle. I do not have any specific goals with my training, it just makes me feel good on so many levels!
I do not have a gym card or do massive work outs on a daily basis but I choose to have a lifestyle that makes me active everyday.
Below are some Yoga & Pilates Work Outs that I truly LOVE!
Today I met up with a friend to do a 30 minutes Circuit work out!
