STAY ACTIVE

Being active is part of my lifestyle. I do not have any specific goals with my training, it just makes me feel good on so many levels! 

I do not have a gym card or do massive work outs on a daily basis  but I choose to have a lifestyle that makes me active everyday. 

How to live an active lifestyle

  • Do active choices like take a walk or bike to your work/school instead of the bus.
  • Think outside the box... to far walking to work? walk one extra stop! Want heels in the office? leave the heels in the office and use comfy shoes back and forth!
  • Plan! If your goal is to sweat 3 times per week, plan it in your calendar!
  • Include "staying active" in your guidelines.
  • Take inspiration from my guidelines.
  • Start small. It is not about being extreme but consistent. In below blog posts you will find quick and easy work outs, most between 15-30 minutes.
  • Listen to your body! If you feel sick or that you need a break, trust your instincts and take some days off - It will do more than good. Your body is your best friend, treat it well and give it what is needs.
