Set guidelines & make them happen!

WHAT?
start by asking yourself and answer the following:
- what is important in my life?
- what makes me feel good?
- what makes me feel energized?
- what makes me feel calm?
WHY?
then ask yourself and answer:
- why is these things important to me? (if you cannot answer this, this is not important enough for you so strike it off your list).
HOW?
lastly...
- plan on how to incorporate your guidlines in your life. If you don’t plan for it, it will most likely not happen.
