  • Can be done in a gym (with access to treadmill) or outdoors / running facility

  • Full Body / Lower Body

This is a perfect work out when you are short on time or as an add on to any other work out/walk etc. I can guarantee you will get your heartbeat up to max!

PS: I finished in 16 minutes and 2 seconds - try to beat me!
