My favourite Cardio Circle

Quick and efficient cardio work out (lower body)

  • No equipement
  • Outdoors or in a gym with access to a treadmill
  • Mainly focuses on legs and butt (lower body)

Hi there!

Today I met up with some friends for a quick lunch work out!

My warm up was to jog to where we met, it was 2,5 km.

The Cirlcle:

  • 15 Squats
  • 40 Ab Bikes
  • 20 walking lounges (10 per leg)
  • 400 meters of running (one lap if you have access to a outdoor running facility)

Do the circle 5 times, NO BREAK!

We finished at 18 min and 30 seconds!

When we were done I jogged back to my place.
