Hello!
Today I met up with a friend to do a 30 minutes Circuit work out!
The workout depends on 5 circuits. I did this with a friend so when I was doing the circuit, she was resting and vice versa. If you´re alone, take 1-3 minutes of rest in between each circuit.
Round 1
- 10 burpees (piture 1)
Round 2
- 10 burpees
- 20 push ups (picture 2)
Round 3
- 10 burpees
- 20 push ups
- 30 sit ups (picture 3)
Round 4
- 10 burpees
- 20 push ups
- 30 sit ups
- 50 walking lounges (25 per leg) (picture 4)
Round 5
- 10 burpees
- 20 push ups
- 30 sit ups
- 50 walking lounges (25 per leg)
- 100 squats (picture 5)
Final Round
- Finish up with plank position, for as long as you can... (picture 6)
