No Rule Granola

with a touch of YOU!

This GRANOLA is so yummy! and the best part is that you adapt it to what YOU like!

1. Put the oven to 150 degrees!

2. Mix all the DRY ingredients (14 dl):

  • 7 dl oats
  • 2 dl roughly chopped Almonds
  • 1 dl shredded coconut 
  • 3 dl seeds (take the ones you like, I mixed sunflower seeds and flax 
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0,5 tbsp cardamom

3. Then add the WET ingredients (1,25-1,5 dl):

  • 0,5-0,75 dl agave/honey (depends on how sweet you want it)
  • 0,75 dl raps seed oil

4. Put the Granola on a baking tray, bake in oven 30-40 minutes or till GOLDEN. Stir around after 15-20 minutes.

5. When chilled down, add some dried fruits if you want. Contain in a jar. 

The beauty is that you can basically mix whatever seeds/nuts you like or have at home. The only "rule" is to keep the measurements i.e. 14 dl dry ingredients and 1,25-1,5 dl WET ingredients. ENJOY!
