
CALM DOWN
Take a breath, take a break, create a life with habits that allows you to slow down, to recover.
Stress is not bad or dangerous, but if you are under constant stress it will sooner or later impact you negatively in many ways.
If you are under constant stress, it won´t help if you learn to meditate and yoga (don´t take me wrong, yoga and meditation is amazing, but if the time you practice it is the only time of the day you "calm down" - it will not add up for all the time you are stressed.).
So how should I do? It is all about balance and to create habits where you feel in peace. This is not easy, and before "peace" becomes a habit o yours, it will require planning and actual work from you!
